Process

How working with me actually goes.

No mystery, no agency theater. Five steps from signed to first video shipped.

01

Onboarding

Day 1

60-minute call to lock in your niche, voice, target audience, and content goals. You give me one expert in your business to interview; I extract the content angles.

02

Content Calendar

Days 2–5

I deliver a 30-day topic plan with hooks and outlines. You approve or redirect before any production starts.

03

Script Approval

Per video

For every video, you see the full script before we produce. Edits are unlimited at this stage — it costs nothing to change words.

04

Production

3–5 days per video

The pipeline runs: Claude writes the long-form draft, ElevenLabs generates voiceover, InVideo AI assembles the visual, Make.com orchestrates handoffs and packages deliverables.

05

Delivery

Ongoing

Final files arrive in your shared folder: video, thumbnail, captions, metadata, and Shorts cuts. Upload directly or hand to your social manager.

About

About Felix

I built Escape Velocity AI because the system I needed didn't exist yet. I wanted a faceless YouTube channel — without a camera, without an editing rig, without trading my evenings for views. Every "AI content tool" I tried promised end-to-end production and shipped something I wouldn't publish under my own name.

So I built the pipeline myself. Make.com orchestrates the handoffs. Claude writes the scripts. ElevenLabs handles the voice. InVideo AI does the visual assembly. Every step has a QA gate I designed to catch the failure modes I kept hitting. My own faceless channel is the live working demo, running the exact same pipeline you'd buy.

What I sell is the system, not my time. I run it end-to-end myself, which keeps quality where it is — but it also caps how many channels I can take on. If you're reading this kit, you're early. The earlier you are, the more I can shape the pipeline around your specific business.

FAQ

Questions prospects ask.

How is this different from hiring a video editor?

A video editor edits footage you've already produced. We produce the entire video from a brief — script, voice, visuals, captions, thumbnail — without you appearing on camera or recording anything. The pricing reflects that scope: a senior editor in the US runs $50–$100/hour and takes 6–10 hours per long-form video, before any of the upstream work (scripting, voice, b-roll, thumbnails). We deliver the full package, including the steps that exist before editing.

What if I don't like the scripts?

You approve every script before any production happens. Revisions at the script stage are unlimited — it costs nothing to change words. Voice, video, and final cut are only rendered after you sign off. In practice this means 90%+ of revisions happen upstream where they're free, and near-zero happen after production.

How long until I see results?

YouTube isn't a 30-day channel. Most clients see meaningful watch time and subscriber growth between months 3 and 6. The system is built for compounding, not virality. If you need leads next week, paid ads are a better fit — this is for businesses building a long-term content moat.

Do I own the content?

Yes. You own all final deliverables outright on delivery — videos, Shorts, captions, metadata, thumbnails. No licensing, no platform lock-in, no clawback if you cancel.

What if I want to cancel?

Month-to-month, no long-term contracts. Cancel before your next billing cycle starts and you're done. We deliver any in-flight videos that have already moved past script approval; nothing is held hostage.

Can you produce content in my industry?

If your business has expertise that converts to a watchable explanation, yes. The pipeline has been validated on home services, real estate, and professional services. Industries where regulatory compliance dominates (healthcare claims, legal advice, financial guidance) need additional review and may add cost — we're upfront about this on the intro call.
